Pier 16 townhomes in South Surrey White Rock

Here is an update on the new townhomes in South Surrey / White Rock at Pier 16.

We would like to take a moment to let you know that the number of sales during this past month has truly exceeded our expectations. Our buyers have really seen the incredible value offered and were thrilled with the fantastic upgrade package we were including. There are still a handful of homes available in our current release, but we don’t expect them to last long, so if you are still interested in calling Pier 16 home, we encourage you to hurry in and visit us soon!

Construction of our first 2 buildings is now complete, and our excited homeowners are now getting ready to move in. The remainder of the buildings will also be ready very soon.
